Frequently Asked Questions...
Keep submitting questions...we'll keep updating this:
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
It's a bar...21+
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Please do! Complete the "Contact Us" form below.
Please include your name, query, phone number and best time to reach you.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Do I have to bring my printed or hard-copy ticket to the event?
If you purchased your ticket through Eventbrite then it its not necessary to bring the printed ticket, however please bring proper ID so we can check you in at the registration table. If you purchased a hard-copy event ticket - that is your admission to the event and you MUST bring it with you. Thanks!
What is the refund policy?
Each ticket purchased is a charitable donation to a W.A.G.S. 4 Kids, a non-profit organization that survives solely on the generosity of others. Asking for a refund is like asking for that donation back. Only under extreme conditions do we ask that a refund be requested on an admission ticket. Such situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON RAFFLE TICKETS SOLD AT THE EVENT!
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
We will ask for ID if you don't have a paper ticket. If you choose to pre-purchase a number of tickets under one individual or company name - that's fine! However, if you purchase 5 tickets and 6 people show up for your party...#6 is on their own!
But I'm not single...
While not all of our events will be "Singles Only"....this one definitely is. If you are not single or are questioning, we ask that you sit this one out. Believe it or not, our events not only attract some of CLE's most eligible - they also attract some serious daters. And we are not in the business of misleading anyone.
But I'm a guy...
Okay, so...half the room is guaranteed to be single women. There is also free snacks and an hour of open bar...you do the math. Duh!
