  • Frequently Asked Questions...

Keep submitting questions...we'll keep updating this:

    Attendee FAQ's

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

    It's a bar...21+

Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Please do! Complete the "Contact Us" form below.

Please include your name, query, phone number and best time to reach you.

    Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

    Yes.

Do I have to bring my printed or hard-copy ticket to the event?

If you purchased your ticket through Eventbrite then it its not necessary to bring the printed ticket, however please bring proper ID so we can check you in at the registration table. If you purchased a hard-copy event ticket - that is your admission to the event and you MUST bring it with you. Thanks!

    What is the refund policy?

Each ticket purchased is a charitable donation to a W.A.G.S. 4 Kids, a non-profit organization that survives solely on the generosity of others. Asking for a refund is like asking for that donation back. Only under extreme conditions do we ask that a refund be requested on an admission ticket. Such situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON RAFFLE TICKETS SOLD AT THE EVENT!

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

We will ask for ID if you don't have a paper ticket. If you choose to pre-purchase a number of tickets under one individual or company name - that's fine! However, if you purchase 5 tickets and 6 people show up for your party...#6 is on their own!

Can I bid on more than one bachelor?

    Absolutely! Please do!

Can I win more than one date?

No. Each bachelorette is limited winning one date, the first date won. Once a given bachelorette has won a date all additional raffle tickets purchased are null in void making the bachelorette no longer eligible to win any future dates that evening. Should a "matched" bachelorette's ticket be pulled for an additional date, the crowd will be notified of the ineligible status and another ticket pulled until an eligible bachelorette is successfully selected to win.

    But I'm not single...

Okay...do you like to drink? Eat good food? Win great raffle prizes? This silent raffle is about more than just the bachelors! There are great prize baskets donated for both sexes to enjoy. Come enjoy a great party for an even better cause! Single status not required...

To make it easier to distinguish between the singles and the takens, RED nametags will be worn by our coupled attendees and GREEN nametags worn by our eligible attendees.

    But I'm a guy...

Okay, so there are 200+ single women in the crowd, free food, open bar and 25 bachelors...you do the math. Duh!

BONUS! 100% of proceeds from each quarterly event benefits W.A.G.S. 4 Kids, providing mobility service and autism spectrum service dogs meeting the specific needs of children with disabilities in Northeast Ohio, utilizing our ODRC Accredited Cell Dog Training Program.

So what do you have to lose? Make A Date To Change A Life. You might just change yours in the process...

So what is Have a Heart Charity Date Raffle?

First of all - it's a raffle, not an auction.

Have A Heart is an annual Summer charity event benefiting Working Animals Giving Service for Kids (W.A.G.S. 4 Kids). Singles and couples alike will pour into Barley House in downtown Cleveland on June 23rd, 2016 for the opportunity to help and support a great cause.

The date raffle will feature the Heart of Rock N’ Roll’s most eligible Bachelors raffling off unique date packages, while the Silent Raffle will feature over $8,000 in amazing items and exciting experience packages. The more raffle tickets you buy - the more chances to win! It’s a time to come together and celebrate with the city’s most eligible Cleveland singles, eat, drink and kick off the summer in style! With over $8,000 in prizes up for grabs and 3.5 hours of open bar and entertainment... Single or taken...this is a night not to be missed (color coded wrist bracelets will tell you who is single and who is 'taken')

Our Mission: to create a fun, feel good event! Cleveland’s singles will have the chance to meet, mingle and make a difference in the lives of children with disabilities.

    About W.A.G.S. 4 Kids

W.A.G.S. 4 KIDS is the leading non-profit organization focused here in Northeast Ohio working with families whose children live with Autism, Muscular Dystrophy, Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, Mitochondrial and Chromosomal abnormalities.
